At Quaint, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
 

No Refund Policy:
 

All sales are final.
Quaint does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing information, and images before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing.
 

Exchange Policy (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
 

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Mandatory Requirement

A clear 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange.

  • The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The package seal and shipping label must be clearly visible.

  • The video must be continuous, unedited, and without cuts.

  • The defect or incorrect item must be clearly shown in the same video.
     

Without a proper 360-degree unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.
 

Exchange Conditions
 

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Supporting images may also be requested for verification.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
     

Non-Eligible Cases
 

  • Damage due to wear and tear, mishandling, or improper storage.

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Requests made without a valid unboxing video.
