We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchange or refund is only applicable if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. You must contact us within 48 hours with a clear 360° unboxing video. The item must be unused and in original packaging. If the product is available, we will exchange it. If not, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
